"I've got mixed feelings on this one. We've visited a couple of times, and food and service have been delightful. We also like this new space far more than their old space. But on our last visit, we had one dish that we both found inedible. That happens, but it was how the restaurant responded that gives me pause. While everything was approached politely, the manager made sure that we knew that we were simply wrong, and that he was going to have to charge us for the dish (which is fine - if the dish is what they wanted it to be, so be it, I didn't ask for it to be taken off the bill, I just simply asked to order something else on top of it) - and he just kept making sure to let us know this, several times, and then they brought the offending dish back to the table packed up to go "because you paid for it". It was just handled so badly - no apology, no "sorry it wasn't to your tastes", just basically, "we've all tasted it and you're wrong". Now, I've still given it four-stars, because every other dish we've tried has been fantastic, and with this one exception, service has been wonderful (and likely I'd have given it five stars if it weren't for this). I find myself in the position of recommending a place for its quality in general, but have no interest in ever setting foot in the place again. Oh yeah, and don't order the fish "lasagna"."
